To our valued customers,

As we all do our best to deal with the current situation, we want you to know how vital it is that more than ever, you are able to maintain a sanitary pool or hot tub. Because many of our customers over the years have purchased one of our therapeutic hot tubs for health reasons, we will not abandon you. We are offering in-store or curbside pickup of sanitation chemicals for your hot tub or pool.

If you need information on any of our hot tubs, we can assist you over the phone, with a virtual tour, or in the showroom. 

We are giving extra incentives and/or special financing on in-stock hot tub purchases. Ask a salesperson for details.

Our showroom will remain open with limited staff. We will answer any questions through email EmeraldSpringsSpas@gmail.com or by phone 405-789-5500. Store hours are subject to change. If you need to come to the store, here is what we are doing:

1. We will allow no more than 4 people in the store at a time to prevent a social gathering of more than 5 people.

2. If you prefer, we are offering curbside pickup. Call in your order, pay over the phone, we will ring it up and bag it. When you arrive at the showroom we will place it outside for curbside pickup.

3. We ask that you maintain the recommended social distancing guidelines of 6’ minimum.

4. We ask that customers touch as little as possible. If we need to show you how to use a product, we will demonstrate the functions for you.

5. We will clean/sanitize door handles, counters, and any commonly touched surfaces.

If you are already one of our customers who has a hot tub, here’s how we can help you:

First and foremost, please maintain proper chemical balance in your hot tub. One thing we have learned is that these are anxious times, and anxiety lowers your immune system; that’s a scientific fact. The last thing anyone needs is to have their immune system lowered or compromised, so sitting in your hot tub as often as you can has never been more important to the health and wellness of you and your family. So keep it fresh and clean, and take advantage of one of the true health benefits of your hot tub.
