We bought a hot tub from Emerald Springs in May of 2021. The experience during the process of picking everything out was good. The details that differentiated one hot tub from another was explained in detail and Randy was very helpful as we went through the process. I have waited until now to write this review because when you spend the amount of money that it takes to buy a new spa, it is the ongoing service, support, and overall experience after the sale that really matters. Randy and the team have been very helpful, professional, and gone out of their way to ensure that our experience with the product we purchased has been very good. With the questions we have had they have offered solutions, product samples, and suggested alternatives that we had not considered. They were helpful in ensuring that our experience over the last year and a half with our hot tub was excellent. I can highly recommend Emerald Springs for both the purchase and service of your hot tub.

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! Trent who sold us our hot tub was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! Charles the installer was great and worked hard to get our hot tub to us. His crew was fast, efficient and also friendly! He gave us a great tutorial. I had a couple of concerns with a small leak and Emerald Springs has Steven the head tech out Monday who was able to resolve a small leak with the drain cap and gave us a great orientation. I highly recommend using Emerald Springs for anything to do with hot tubs! Thank you so much!

I called other stores and they could not or would not give me a direct answer to the question that i had regarding for a relay board.... I called Emerald Springs Pool & Spas on 4-29-22 6:00 pm and I believe his name was Randy (i am very sorry if i am incorrect) Was so efficient, nice, and uncomplicated. It was not an ordeal. I greatly appreciate your help.

I cannot say enough about Stephen King who does all the repairs and setup for Emerald Springs. He has helped us several times and made sure everything is working perfectly. He is extremely knowledgeable about the workings of the hot tub and can fix anything. He is always timely, courteous and very helpful. We appreciate all of his help and are very glad we chose emerald springs spas. Not only because we love our hot tub, but also because Emerald Springs has a fantastic guy in Stephen to keep all their hot tubs running smoothly.

Bought a hot springs hot tub from this company. They delivered it on the date they told me, Set up went great. They always have the filters or chemicals I need in Stock and customer service is superb. I highly recommend this company.
