Overview
We want you to be happy with your hot tub, swim spa, sauna, or accessory purchase from Emerald Springs Spas. Because spas and swim spas are large, delivered items rather than small shipped goods, returns and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis rather than a one-size-fits-all policy.
Accessories & Small Items
Unopened, unused accessories (covers, chemicals, filters, and similar items) in their original packaging may be eligible for return or exchange. Please contact us before returning any item so we can walk you through the process.
Hot Tubs, Swim Spas & Saunas
Due to the size and delivery logistics involved, spa, swim spa, and sauna orders are reviewed individually. Custom or special-order units may not be eligible for cancellation or return once ordered. If there’s an issue with your delivery or installation, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Manufacturer Warranty
Manufacturer defects and warranty claims are handled separately from returns, under the terms of your product’s manufacturer warranty. Ask us for details specific to your model at the time of purchase.
